Sermon on Margaret Fuller and Arizona Legislation
Last Sunday my minister, the Reverend Nathan C. Walker, settled minister of the First Unitarian Church of Philadelphia, preached a sermon entitled "Separate Spheres: The Lives of Margaret Fuller and Emma Grant." The sermon centered on Margaret Fuller, a Transcendentalist, Unitarian, and social activist as well as with how America treats undocumented immigrants and the harms of the Arizona anti-immigrant legislation.
